PILATES STRETCH USES THE REFORMER AND MFR TO GET DEEPER INTO STRETCHES THAT WE ALL KNOW & LOVE! PILATES STRETCH CLASS HELPS SUPPORT AND STABILIZE THE BODY AND INCREASE THE RANGE OF MOTION. THIS UNIQUE CLASS INTEGRATES EXERCISES ON THE REFORMER TO ACHIEVE INCREASED FLEXIBILITY. PERFECT FOR ALL LEVELS OF STUDENTS AND BENEFICIAL TO ATHLETES AND THOSE RESTRICTED BY OCCUPATIONAL SITUATIONS SUCH AS STANDING OR SITTING FOR LONG PERIODS. A GREAT ADDITION TO YOUR CURRENT PRACTICE OR USED AS A DROP-IN WHENEVER YOU NEED ADDITIONAL MOBILITY.

Know before you go

  • Proof of vaccination is required for entry; once you've shown proof of vaccination, masking is optional. 
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class start time 
  • Bring a yoga mat, water and bath-size towel (for heated classes). Props (blocks, straps, weights, bolsters, blankets) and rentals (mats, towels) are available but quantity is limited so it is recommended you bring in your own or purchase at the studio
  • No one will be admitted 5 minutes after class start (and you will lose your class credit)
