And we totally don’t care if you need to bring your laptop and tap the screen every 5 minute to stay “active” cuz IDGAF as long as you’re moving. Programmed to get maximum work in the most efficient time we cut the warm up down to 2min. We hit you with a 40min interval sesh that does the job. No cool down, you can do that back at your desk.
