Class Overview
- Introduces the foundational elements of the GYROTONIC® Method.- Focuses on fluid, circular movements to improve strength, flexibility, and balance.- Enhances natural movement patterns for a healthier spine and better joint stability.- Prior movement experience is recommended for first-time participants. Those new to exercise or without a movement background are encouraged to start with a private session for personalized guidance.- 8 classes required before advancing to the intermediate level.
