Class Overview

Cardio paired with resistance training for the most effective way of burning fat and building muscle.  We use a variety of equipment like ropes, tires, dumbbells, and more and we keep classes varied.  You never know quite what your trainer has in store for you, and you rarely will repeat the same workout.  We also use games to keep it fun and promote teamwork!   * Same as our standard bootcamp except 1 hour in length.
