STUDIO OVERVIEW

Since 2003, Evolution Pilates in Port Washington, NY has been Long Island’s premier Pilates studio offering private and group Pilates lessons using apparatus and mat based exercises. We offer over 30 classes a week in a dedicated studio and we focus purely on Pilates. To ensure proper form and comprehension, classes are limited to six students. We provide personalized attention and value quality over quantity. You will learn Pilates in a supportive relaxing environment.

Pilates redefines the body, improving stamina, posture, balance, muscle tone and definition. It is a proven method of elongating and building lean muscle mass, which combines a mind-body connection with the muscular benefits of traditional workouts. With its many benefits and over 500 different exercises to keep it ‘new’ Pilates has many fans.

Our instructors are highly educated and can assist with goals ranging from pain management, core stabilization and joint mobilization, to total body conditioning for all levels of fitness including professional athletes and dancers. Our staff consults with a network of health service providers including chiropractors, massage therapists, acupunturists, nutritionists, and physicians to bring clients a holistic approach to wellness.
