Class Overview

Total Body Tabata is a high intensity interval total body workout that will help you burn calories and build endurance. You will burn up to 700 calories, burn fat, and increase your anaerobic capacity.  Total Body Tabata involves super sets - 3 circuits - 3 exercises per circuit (50 seconds of work with a 10 sec break).   Suitable for All fitness levels.   Drinks are available for sale.   Bring a towel & weight lifting gloves are recommended.
