Well here’s your opportunity to learn how to kick and punch with Mike & Shaun as they take you through a warm up, stretching, and high intensity bag work, improving fitness levels and self-esteem. "You don’t have to be a fighter to train like one"  Suitable for All fitness levels. Bring your own gloves OR purchase/rent with us. Purchase Gloves $25, hand wraps $6.
