Class Overview

This 45 minute program incorporates true Tabata training. You will complete 8 different exercises. Each exercise will be 8 rounds 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest. You will build strength, burn fat, and increase endurance as you work nonstop through this racetrack style circuit.   Suitable for All fitness levels.   Drinks available for sale.   Bring a towel, mat & weight lifting gloves are recommended.
