Have you ever been in a position to defend yourself? Let us help you build confidence while learning the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and self defense from the ground.  Most fights start on the feet and end up on the ground. BJJ will prepare you for both.   This is a physical workout with close contact with your partner(s).   Please wear a long sleeve top (preferably dri fit) and long sweat pants/leggings.    Bring your own towel
