Class Overview

HIIT Class: "Power Hour"  The Power Hour is designed to provide a well-rounded workout experience, combining both strength and cardio exercises. The class is structured around several stations, each with a specific exercise focus. Participants will work through a series of stations, alternating between upper and lower body exercises, with a focus on maintaining an optimal work-rest ratio. The class runs for approximately 50 minutes, accommodating both Strength days (heavier) and Cardio days (faster) on different occasions.
