YO, DO YOU EVEN LIFT???   This Power yoga is designed to link your body's movement with breath to create a dynamic flow of poses.  This is a great compliment to those of you who have been working hard at those HIIT classes and just need to give your body a little love at the end of the week.   Don't take this for some relaxing Yin class, this is a vigorous, strength-based class, working the body from the core while building flexibility and endurance. You will leave this class feeling incredibly limber as well as stronger with your new, unlocked self.
