BODYFLOW is a blend of Pilates, light weight resistance and Yoga movements.BODYFLOW is designed to build strength, improve flexibility and leave you feeling invigorated and centered. BODYFLOW helps improve balance and functional performance by blending the three modalities into a series of flows and holds that will build muscular endurance as well as lean muscle mass.Additionally, BODYFLOW will give you significant increasescore strength, stability, and hip mobility.
