Class Overview

elliptica barre classes are based on the original Lotte Berk Barre Method. The integrity of barre is maintained while providing a low impact toning sculpting and strengthening total body workout. This popular class creates a long lean and toned body shape. Small movements with high repetitions lift your glutes, tone your hamstrings and quads and define your entire upper body and torso. We recommend 3-5 classes a week to define and maintain a beautiful body. If you fail to cancel 3 hours before the start of class you will incur a $15 fee. Thank you.
