Class Overview

1 hour class that takes you through 8 Rounds of Cardio Boxing that will challenge your entire body. We use the Double End Bag (which is low impact on the joints) to challenge your hand eye coordination and the Rower and treadmill to challenge your endurance.   This Cardio Kickboxing class will make you feel like a fighter, because you are. Taught by Luis Novas who has over 10 years of experience teaching Cardio Boxing classes and has won multiple awards as an instructor. Bring boxing gloves and a towel. Max 12 People.

The Row Astoria is a small group fitness studio that combines indoor rowing on the Concept 2 rowers and High Intensity Interval Training. 40-minute circuits combine strength, cardio, core, endurance, and flexibility.
