Welcome to our Beginner Mat Pilates class! I'm thrilled to have each one of you join us on this journey to discover the incredible benefits of Pilates. In this class, we will focus on building a strong foundation by incorporating dynamic stretches and fundamental Pilates movements. Whether you're a complete newcomer to Pilates or have some prior experience, this class is designed to cater to all fitness levels. Our aim is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where you can feel comfortable and confident in exploring the world of Pilates. Throughout the sessions, we will emphasize proper body alignment, core engagement, and controlled breathing techniques. The dynamic stretches incorporated into the routines will help improve flexibility and mobility, allowing you to move more freely in your daily life.

The Row Astoria is a small group fitness studio that combines indoor rowing on the Concept 2 rowers and High Intensity Interval Training. 40-minute circuits combine strength, cardio, core, endurance, and flexibility.
