Class Overview

A 45-min of Rowing, Core training and Legs strengthen. Rowing is a total body workout that targets your arms, legs, and core. Core-Training will focus on specific exercise to sculpt and strengthen the abdominals and lower back.  Leg Training will help you learn how to perform squats, lunges, deadlfit and hip thrust for leaner and strong legs.
