Class Overview

*Please note this class is an beginners level class. If you are new to boxing we highly recommend to take this class before registering to the intermediate\advance classes.   In this class you will learn the fundamentals of boxing which consist of learning how to properly use offensive weapons like the jab, hook, cross and uppercut.Then learn defensive techniques like how to slip, roll, parry and then proceed do some strength and conditioning.You will also learn proper footwork and putting combinations together.    Feel free to bring boxing gloves if you have. If you do not have gloves we do have loaner gloves available for use just arrive 15 minutes before class and ask the front desk for a set of loaner gloves. Hand wraps are optional for added protection you can bring your own or purchase them at the front desk for $10. Get ready to hiit the deck!
