Class Overview

Burn LAB Pilates (Legs, Arms/Abs, Butt) will challenge your body’s different energy systems and address common physical imbalances due to modern lifestyles. You can expect a total body workout that includes active muscle engagement using Pilates principles, vigorous movement, and bursts of high intensity exercises and metabolic rollercoasters. The class will end with guided stretching and short meditation. This class is open to all levels. 85-95 degrees. 50 minutes. All Levels

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Located in the heart of Manhattan, Spirit Lab Yoga offers Heated Vinyasa (85-95 degrees), Heated Yin (85-95 degrees), 26&2 Traditional Hot (aka Bikram) Yoga (105 degrees), and Unheated Vinyasa + Yin. All classes are open-level and most are 60 minutes long. They look forward to practicing with you!
