Class Overview

The Tabata method is 20 seconds of effort followed by 10 seconds of rest. This class will accommodate all levels from beginner to advanced and each class will be guided by a personal trainer to give you a mix of BOTH Aerobic and Anaerobic training. Weights available from 2lb dumbbells' to 20lb dumbbells' in the class environment.
