Class Overview

This is a 30 min class that puts focus on working the upper body & abs. We will use weights from light to heavy but they will be modified from beginner levels to advanced. We will work on individualized body parts from shoulders, Biceps, Triceps, chest, back and will finish with a core segment to help improve those ab muscles!
