Suitable for all fitness and ability levels, this authentic boxing workout focuses on a variety of boxing drills including footwork, shadow boxing and bag work. Class is designed to provide a great cardio workout while developing and fine-tuning boxing fundamentals. Boxing Gloves & hand wraps are need for this class.  45 min class.
