Our full-body HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class is suitable for all levels and follows a High Intensity Interval Training HIIT style format combining strength and cardio exercises to help you improve your endurance and build strength. The perfect class for someone looking to get an upper and lower body workout as well as a core workout, all in one. 45 min class.
