Class Overview

Suitable for all fitness and ability levels, this boxing workout is 8-10 rounds of partnered bag drills with plyo transitions in between rounds. Class is designed to provide a great cardio workout while developing and fine-tuning boxing fundamentals. Boxing gloves and hand wraps required.
