Class Overview

Flow & Fly is a 75-minute class that begins with a mobility- and strength-based flow, designed with intentional sequencing to prepare the body for arm balancing. In the second half of class, we’ll break down an arm balance step by step. This class is open to all levels but recommended for those who are already comfortable in their yoga practice and are looking to taking it new levels—whether you want to build arm balances into your practice or refine your technique, you'll have the chance to explore drills, progressions, and building blocks to help you take flight.
