Class Overview

Work every muscle doing functional exercises in a circuit format. Perform multi-joint movements as well as unilateral exercises with weights or resistance to help build strength, balance, and control. Functional Training Circuits will challenge your joint stability, mobility and muscular endurance This workout is good for all levels and can be adapted for injuries, strengths, or weaknesses.
