Class Overview

FULL BODY STRENGTH will have you working most every muscle in your body by focusing on lifting weights in circuits and/or super sets using multiple planes of movement. All levels enjoy this class because it can easily be scaled for advanced and beginners. Our small class sizes (6-8 people) allow trainers to provide more specific input to each attendee. If you have an injury or limitation, you will be given an adjustment or alternate exercise to ensure you receive a great workout with less chance of injury or aggravation.

Glide Training Co offers a wide variety of small group fitness classes such as strength training, HIIT, injury prevention, TRX, functional training, and core/hip-focused training. Their class sizes are small, allowing them to provide a greater emphasis on form, progress, and customization.
