Class Overview

Our STRENGTH classes are focused on increasing muscular strength, power, and endurance. Deadlifts are an essential strength training exercise which requires full body strength and coordination to achieve maximum power. In this class you will perform deadlifts and exercises to help improve your overall strength and power.  Trainers stress a high attention on form and progressive overload for the best gains possible with a lower risk of  injury.
