Class Overview

MetaMuscle combines our two most popular styles of training, HIIT and STRENGTH, in a calorie burning and muscle building, time-based ass kicking workout. Look forward to enduring speedy circuits consisting of body weight exercises, plyometrics, and cardio intervals. Just when you thought you caught your breath from jumping rope or running, grab a barbell, dumbbell, or kettlebell and get back to work with muscle building multi-joint exercises.   All skill levels are welcome to this class. Because of our small class sizes (6-10 people), our highly skilled trainers can make adjustments to ensure everyone gets a great workout.

Glide Training Co offers a wide variety of small group fitness classes such as strength training, HIIT, injury prevention, TRX, functional training, and core/hip-focused training. Their class sizes are small, allowing them to provide a greater emphasis on form, progress, and customization.
