Class Overview

This class aims to build strength and flexibility, improve posture, and correct alignment in your body through an emphasis of core control and lengthening your muscles. Come learn the core principles of pilates factored into a high energy, full-body workout. You will be guided throughs sequences of exercises that seamlessly connect and will get your heart rate elevated with all muscle groups stimulated. With use of resistance bands, bodyweight resistance, & dumbbells, you can expect an all encompassing work out with targeted toning, muscular endurance, and postural awareness that will leave feeling taller & invigorated!
