Class Overview

Our STRENGTH classes are focused on increasing muscular strength, power, and endurance. During this class you will perform exercises to improve your ability to push, pull, and hang. Each workout is designed with purpose and will challenge you to stimulate muscular adaptation. Beginners and advanced lifters are welcome to these classes. Our small class sizes allow us to scale workouts easily and provide the attention necessary for each individual to get a great workout. Trainers stress a high attention on form and progressive overload for the best gains possible with a lower risk of connective tissue injury.
