Class Overview

Rowdy55 is our 55-minute signature class with 10 rounds. Following the functional warm-up and tempo shadow boxing, rounds alternate between the water bags and our customized benches. Class ends with a cool down.

Know before you go

  • Group classes take place in the famous "Rowdy Room." club lights, loud music, and visuals on television screens and a 12-foot projector.  If you have trouble with louder music and dimly lit spaces, please prepare accordingly (complimentary earbuds, but we can't guarantee we will have them available when you arrive.)
  • Must wear boxing wraps and gloves. You can bring your own or rent/purchase ours. We sell quick wraps for $12, and rent gloves for $2. You may also purchase gloves at the studio.
  • Arrive 10 minutes early for your first class.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

RowdyBox is the intersection of fight club and nightclub. You pick your weights, speed, and intensity. The boxing combos and exercises are on screens throughout the studio. A coach, or pair of coaches, will lead you through the class. 50% boxing on water bags, 50% strength training on our customized benches.
