Class Overview

This 60-minute class delivers a total-body workout with an emphasis on those lower-body muscles. In addition to treadmill drills and strength training, we’ll squat, lunge, and lift to strengthen and tone our butts and leg, while our signature treadmill drills give you the cardio burst you need to shred your body.

Shred415 is an instructor-led, calorie-burning, interval training class designed to target all muscle groups. Alternating between cardio work on top quality Woodway treadmills and strength training, you'll increase muscle and burn calories in a fun, fast-paced workout tailored to your level and your goals.
