Class Overview

Our signature 60-minute class is designed to target multiple muscle groups for an efficient and effective total body workout. We’ll alternate between treadmill drills and floor work, including strength training and the cardio bursts you need to shred your body. Modifications are always offered, so you can be sure you’re getting the right workout for YOUR body.

Alternating between cardio work on top quality Woodway treadmills and strength training, you'll increase muscle and burn calories in a fun, fast-paced workout tailored to your level and your goals.
