Class Overview

This 60-minute class delivers a total-body workout with an emphasis on those upper-body muscles. During the lifting portion, we’ll work our biceps, triceps and shoulders with curls, presses, and strengthening exercises. Core work will tighten and tone your midsection, while our signature treadmill drills give you the cardio burst you need to shred your body.

Alternating between cardio work on top quality Woodway treadmills and strength training, you'll increase muscle and burn calories in a fun, fast-paced workout tailored to your level and your goals.
