Class Overview

This class delivers a total-body workout with an emphasis on those lower-body muscles and core. In addition to treadmill drills and strength training, we’ll squat, lunge and crunch to strengthen and tone our butts, legs, and abs, while our signature treadmill drills give you the cardio burst you need to shred your body. In all Shred415 classes, we will spend an equal amount of time on the treadmills and the floor.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Shred415 is an instructor-led, calorie-burning, high intensity interval training class designed to target all muscle groups. Alternating between cardio work on top quality Woodway treadmills and strength training, you'll increase muscle and burn calories in a fun, fast-paced workout tailored to your level and your goal.
