Class Overview

We are excited for our new Hybrid studio structure as we will be Live-Streaming our in-studio classes via Mindbody! Workout with us from the comfort of your own home & stay connected with our B.YOU Community. This 45-minute class takes the classic barre class and kicks it up a notch with larger range of motion to keep the heart rate elevated and the energy pumping. You can use a chair for balance, light hand weights or whatever you may have at home {canned goods}, but no equipment is required. Just get up and move! Sign up for Live-Stream classes through Mindbody using your existing membership, Class Package or Live Virtual Drop-in or Package!! Reservations are required and you will receive an email with the link to join the class directly about 30 minutes prior to the class time. You will have the option to have your camera on or off, but we certainly hope to see you! We will interact before class but the instructor will silence your microphone when class is ready to begin. Know before you go

  • Please arrive early to properly prepare for class and discuss any needed modifications with your instructor
  • Bounce, Interval, and Defyn classes: please be sure to wear lightweight sneakers
  • Barre, Yoga, and Silque classes: sticky socks (available for purchase) or bare feet are appropriate
  • All equipment provided, bring your water bottle and sweat towel
  • Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to call or email the studio! They love to hear from you and want to ensure that you feel fully prepared for class!
