Class Overview

In this interval-based class, you will rotate quickly through 8 exercises that alternate between muscle groups and bounce cardio that may vary in duration, rep, pace or interval. You'll get a taste of each of our fitness methods while building strength, improving endurance and maximizing results. As with all B.YOU classes, our trainers will be fully focused on functional movement, safe & proper form, and body awareness, while offering modifications & advancements to cater to every fitness level.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive early to properly prepare for class and discuss any needed modifications with your instructor
  • Bounce, Interval, and Defyn classes: please be sure to wear lightweight sneakers
  • Barre, Yoga, and Silque classes: sticky socks (available for purchase) or bare feet are appropriate
  • All equipment provided, bring your water bottle and sweat towel
  • Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to call or email the studio! They love to hear from you and want to ensure that you feel fully prepared for class!
