Class Overview

Mobility training involves movements that will increase the range-of-motion in each of your joints and will help stabilize and control the muscles that surround them. Mobility exercises can also improve flexibility and strength of the muscles, and it is crucial to help you squat deeper, push harder, jump higher, and, most importantly, avoid injury during workouts and everyday life. This 15-Minute Sesh is great do as a warm-up!

  • Please arrive early to properly prepare for class and discuss any needed modifications with your instructor
  • Bounce, Interval, and Defyn classes: please be sure to wear lightweight sneakers
  • Barre, Yoga, and Silque classes: sticky socks (available for purchase) or bare feet are appropriate
  • All equipment provided, bring your water bottle and sweat towel
