This expert trainer, ranked in the top one percent of trainers at Equinox Fitness Club (Tier 3), has a B.S. in Hygienic Health Care and Sports Nutrition; serves as a speaker and nutritional counselor for the American Diabetes Association; and has been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, National Council of Strength & Fitness, and Expert Rating Certification. Though he’s tough on the workouts, he’s easy on the eyes: Mike Todd was a candidate for People magazine’s “America’s Hottest Trainer.”
