Class Overview

STRENGTH: HIIT is a high-intensity, full body workout that pairs movement to the beat of the music with off-the-beat interval training. Expect to use a variety of weights, bands, + bodyweight to combine strength training with high energy cardio bursts. All classes include a dynamic warmup and cool down stretch. Suited for all levels.

Know before you go

  • Complimentary shoe rental and towel service
  • Outdoor yoga classes are held at 100 High Street
  • Outdoor TRAIN classes are held at the Greenway
  • For TRAIN and TRAIN X classes, bring a pair of sneakers suitable for working out, and a water bottle! All towels / weights / resistance bands are provided on your mat when you arrive. Instructors will provide guidance on what dumbbells to get at the appropriate time of class.

We value the role of technology and the numerous benefits when measuring all your progress and hard work.  Our bikes are equipped to track your performance while you ride and upload all your data for you to review later on from the privacy of your computer or smartphone.
