Our signature Bar Method™ class is our most popular as it offers an easy-to-follow, fast-paced format that can be modified according to fitness level. The 45-minute Express version packs a full barre class into a condensed format. Additionally, this class ends with 15 minutes of Bar Restore™ for those looking to incorporate more stretching in their routine.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first class
  • Grippy socks are required and clients are encouraged to wear leggings that hit below the knee
  • Limited parking is available in front of the studio with additional parking on Seven Farms Drive and across River Landing Drive
