Because flexibility is as important as strength, we offer Bar Restore. The first half of this class features elements of our signature Bar Method class, designed to give you an intense workout. The second half slows down to focus on stretching the muscles you've just challenged. You’ll emerge feeling renewed and recharged!

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class (class begins promptly and doors will be locked)
  • Wear socks that cover your entire foot (available for sale at the studio)
  • Wear pants that fall below the knee and allow for maximum flexibility during class
  • Wear a breathable top that allows you to move freely during class
  • Share critical health information such as pregnancy, injuries, any other special circumstances with your instructor prior to class

The Bar Method South Loop is a boutique fitness studio offering barre classes for students of all levels. Highly-trained instructors customize the exercises to ensure they are safe and effective for any age and every body, including modifications for pregnant women and students with injuries.
