Simple, standard lifts with our lowest rep ranges of 6-10, giving you the opportunity to lift your heaviest weights! Each Month features a new Benchmark lift and climb that is done each Monday of that month so that you can track your weekly progress.

Know before you go

  • PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY for a new client demo. For your safety, you will not be able to participate if you do not arrive early for your first session.
  • Returning clients will not be permitted into the session if you are 5 minutes late. 
  • Please wear athletic clothing and footwear, and come prepared to sweat.
  • Bring water if you'd like (bottled water and water filling station also available).
