Class Overview

Do you often find yourself spending many hours at a desk? Come train on Wednesdays where we have a focus on the backside of the body–improving your posture and posterior chain. We’ll strengthen your back, glutes, hamstrings and more on this self paced day. RUNNERS this is a great day to strengthen your posterior chain which will make you a stronger runner and help combat injury.

Know before you go

  • PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY for a new client demo. For your safety, you will not be able to participate if you do not arrive early for your first session.
  • Returning clients will not be permitted into the session if you are 5 minutes late. 
  • Please wear athletic clothing and footwear, and come prepared to sweat.
  • Bring water if you'd like (bottled water and water filling station also available).
