Class Overview

Functional fitness is all about translating your movement from the gym into life, which is exactly what we do on Saturdays. Work on your imbalances while training unilateral exercises (one arm or one leg) to challenge your core stability, balance, and strength. You will notice yourself feeling stronger in other activities and everyday life!

Know before you go

  • PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY for a new client demo. For your safety, you will not be able to participate if you do not arrive early for your first session.
  • Returning clients will not be permitted into the session if you are 5 minutes late. 
  • Please wear athletic clothing and footwear, and come prepared to sweat.
  • Bring water if you'd like (bottled water and water filling station also available).
