Class Overview

Drop Sets are a tested and proven training method that work the muscle group to fatigue, ultimately increasing your strength! In this technique you will perform an exercise and then immediately perform the same (or similar) exercise with a decreased resistance. In addition to working your strength on the Rig and Bench, you’ll speed things up with EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) intervals on the Climber.

Know before you go

  • PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY for a new client demo. For your safety, you will not be able to participate if you do not arrive early for your first session.
  • Returning clients will not be permitted into the session if you are 5 minutes late. 
  • Please wear athletic clothing and footwear, and come prepared to sweat.
  • Bring water if you'd like (bottled water and water filling station also available).
