Hit the track for speed focused intervals designed to make you a faster runner in anything from a 5K to Marathon. Runners meet at the East River Track at FDR and 6th. Runners can utilize Mile HIgh Run Club lockers and showers before and/or after their run.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your class.
  • If you are not checked in 5 minutes before class time, we reserve the right to give your treadmill to another runner on standby.
  • Runners will not be admitted into the studio 10 minutes after class start time.
  • Studios are equipped with Woodway 4Front treadmills, kettlebells of various weights, and foam rollers for use before and after your run. Each location also has showers with all-natural, great-smelling Lather bath products— including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. We also provide hair dryers and towels, but would recommend bringing a hair brush or comb.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Mile High Run Club is NYC's first dedicated running studio.  With daily group treadmill classes and endurance focused strength training led by elite runners, everyone trains like an athlete regardless of fitness level. MHRC's program challenges the body differently than simply getting a few miles in. Expertly structured intervals and smart purposeful training guarantee you will reach your goals more quickly at MHRC.
