Class Overview

60-minute Hyrox simulation training program. This session will combine treadmill intervals with kettlebell and bodyweight floor exercises to simulate the Hyrox competition. Classes will progress each week leading up to the NYC Hyrox competition on October 1st in New York City. All skill levels are welcome.

Know before you go

  • Know before you go: Please arrive 15 minutes before your class.
  • If you are not checked in 5 minutes before class time, we reserve the right to give your treadmill to another runner on standby.
  • Runners will not be admitted into the studio 10 minutes after class start time.
  • Studios are equipped with Woodway 4Front treadmills, kettlebells of various weights, and foam rollers. Showers with all-natural, great-smelling Lather bath products— including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Locker rooms have hair dryers and towels.
