  • Only clear water bottles allowed in the studio.
  • No gum chewing, no cell phones allowed in the studio.
  • Must wear socks, preferably grippy socks.
  • Please note that Bar Move and Bar Advanced classes require a minimum of 10 Bar Method classes prior to taking.
