Our signature Bar Method™ class is our most popular as it offers an easy-to-follow, fast-paced format that can be modified according to fitness level. The 45-minute Express version of each class that packs a full barre class into a condensed format.

At The Bar Method - Sugarhouse, the interval format of each class is designed to elevate your heart rate while building cardiovascular and muscle endurance. While each barre class is unique, you can always count on a personal training experience within a high-energy group fitness environment. Your body, your barre workout. Class formats vary in duration, design and experience and no two classes are like - it's in that unpredictable variety where transformation happens.
